Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voixity Referral platform and related services (the "Service") provided by Voixity LLC ("Voixity", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

You must provide accurate company and account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

Paid plans are billed at the then-current price for your selected plan and billing interval, plus any applicable one-time setup fee. By activating a subscription you authorize Voixity to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

Businesses are solely responsible for the referral programs, eligibility rules, reward amounts, and fulfillment they offer through the Service, including compliance with any applicable laws and promotion rules. Rewards are funded and fulfilled by the business offering them. Voixity provides the technology to track and administer programs but is not the issuer of business-funded rewards.

You may use the Service only for legitimate customer referral and related business purposes, and only with contacts and data you have the right to contact and process. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to send referral invitations or marketing messages.

Where you send referral invitations or other messages through the Service, you represent that recipients have consented to receive them. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time, and you agree to honor opt-out requests promptly.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose, not to send unsolicited messages, and not to upload or process data you do not have the rights to use. Voixity may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated.

The Service may connect to third-party providers such as payment processors, messaging providers, gift card issuers, and CRM tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Voixity is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Voixity does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voixity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
